Forms
Whether you are brand new to our program or have been coming for years, we are looking forward to having you here at AstroCamp. Our focus is giving your students the best possible hands on educational science and outdoor adventure possible. The forms and syllabus below can all be downloaded and viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader (Ver. 10.0 or later). If you do not have Acrobat Reader please download it here before downloading the files. Some of the forms need to be filled out and returned to us prior to your arrival at AstroCamp. Once you have read the materials and discussed them with your teachers, chaperones, parents and students, take a moment to fill out all required forms.
